They no longer fill walk in tanks. They haven't for a long time. Your only option at this end of town is a tank exchange at a convenience store.
This company has been awful since it outsourced its customer service . I will be looking for a different company .
Absolutely horrible service. We spent 3 months trying to get our account set up at the new house we moved to and they have done absolutely nothing to help, finally got it set up after countless hours and days on the phone with them. We get put on hold every time just to be hung up on, had the tank filled twice now and they have completely destroyed the gate to our tank. Extremely disappointed to see this is how they treat their customers. Not to mention the insane amounts they charge for the less than okay service.
Worst propane service ever. Always atleast $1/gal more than local competitors. Terrible customer service as there is no local office. You call someone in Chicago or wherever who reads off a computer screen. I’ve literally tried calling to buy my tank to use a different company and they hang up on you. Literally trapped with Amerigas. I sold my house and moved and I’m still battling tank rental fees even though I no longer live there.
