Terrible communication. Never responded to inquiries from the web account. Billed for charges in excess of the agreement. I will NEVER do business with you again and couldn't be happier that we switched propane companies.
Awful customer service and pricing. Use Lakes Gas if in Minnesota.
I was told I would get a callback about the missing gas. In between the last two fills there’s gas missing. There is no way I could have used that much gas. If this doesn’t get resolved soon I will be changing providers. Worst customer service ever!
