Horrible company. I am on automatic deliveries for propane. I was set to get my delivery between 1/29 - 2/3. It never showed even tho it was in the preparing stage. Ended up running 2/8. Called in and their customer service can’t help you. They just give you the run around and get you posted a couple days out even tho you have no propane. Set me up on 2/10-2/11 for a delivery which I luckily got on 2/10. The temps in my area were in the negative. Had to heat my house with electric heaters and kerosene. Customer service is HORRIBLE. I ordered gas 2 weeks ago, 1/21, with a delivery window of 1/28-2/2 and enough propane. They texted and emailed with a delivery to happen on thursday, the 29th. No one came on thursday, no one called. Called on Saturday and confirmed that there was still a delivery. Called again on Monday to confirm there was a delivery to happen. They do not let people know if something comes up and aren't doing deliveries. Im currently looking for a better propane company.i will not recommend this company to anyone.
Did not fill my tank to 100% only to 80%.
