Customer service is HORRIBLE. I ordered gas 2 weeks ago, 1/21, with a delivery window of 1/28-2/2 and enough propane. They texted and emailed with a delivery to happen on thursday, the 29th. No one came on thursday, no one called. Called on Saturday and confirmed that there was still a delivery. Called again on Monday to confirm there was a delivery to happen. They do not let people know if something comes up and aren't doing deliveries. Im currently looking for a better propane company.i will not recommend this company to anyone.
Did not fill my tank to 100% only to 80%.
Horrible company, never do business with them!!! I purchased a tank from them 3 years ago, and Amerigas continues to refuse acknowledging the bill of sale they provided and continues to charge me tank rent! After 3 years of working with their customer service, the issue remains unresolved. To add insult to injury, Amerigas is not willing to close The account!
Horrible horrible service. Can't get an English speaking person and I've been promised my prepaid delivery since December 8th absolutely nonsense. Have asked for a call and have not received one
