Horrible company, never do business with them!!! I purchased a tank from them 3 years ago, and Amerigas continues to refuse acknowledging the bill of sale they provided and continues to charge me tank rent! After 3 years of working with their customer service, the issue remains unresolved. To add insult to injury, Amerigas is not willing to close The account!
Horrible horrible service. Can't get an English speaking person and I've been promised my prepaid delivery since December 8th absolutely nonsense. Have asked for a call and have not received one
Online ordering system was simple to use and immediate feedback was given on timeliness we could expect delivery
Price of gas is much higher than other companies
DO NOT RECOMMEND! hidden fees. Exorbitant fee for tank removal . ..RUN.... I'd give a ZERO rating if I could!
