Service person was great, but I feel the company was predatory in their pricing mode.
I have been a loyal customer for over 20years..My Monthly bill is Usually Under 25.00..I always Round it Up to 50.00 so I have a Cushion..Amergas now is billing 2.99 for a PAPER INVOICE..If I call for a Fuel Delivery I Get Charged at least 7.99..Hey Amerigas your Bread and Butter Are You Senior Citizens..Alot of Of People still do not have Access to Computers.I Want Credited for 2.99 and 7.99 Delivery Fee because I CALLED instead of Computer setup.Please look into These 2 Major Issues.
