Absolutely awful customer service and follow through. I canceled last Aug and they still haven't picked up their tank and they just billed me again. The only thing that would make this right is if they paid me for storage of their tank and the hours and hours I'm spending dealing with them. Update 3/3/26: They finally came to pick up their tank on the worst day possible and absolutely destroyed my side driveway and were very rude, and now Amerigas is trying to charge me another years rental and almost $500 to pick it up afte... read more

Worst company I have ever delt with. Zero way to communicate to service or delivery drivers. If you have any issues, you have to relay information overseas.
