BBB Complaint still pending, they have not reached out after I proved to them they did not put the quantity of gas into my tank that they had claimed to!! Beware of this previously legitimate company.
Can't imagine having a worse experience with a company. We've had Amerigas for propane delivery at our cabin for 3 winters now. Each winter, we've run out of propane multiple times. Usually, Amerigas just fails to deliver... we order on December 1st and it's not delivered until January 1st. This most recent time, however, we were charged for delivery and it was "confirmed" that it was delivered. Come to find out, it never was and we've again run out. I had an account created in June don’t know what happened to it. Created a new account and was told I would get a call in 24-48hrs. Over a week later and MULTIPLE 40+ min wait for NO ONE TO ANSWER. Talked on the chat and all they could actually say was I couldn’t curse.. my house has over 3inches of snow with more in the forecast and y’all have gone SILENT! Absolutely unreal at the disregard for public safety. What a great welcome response to Colorado
Drivers are very friendly and helpful. However, we have 2 tanks on our property and the smaller tank is never on the drivers paperwork to check. We have to mention it to the driver, they are very good about checking the smaller tank after we ask them to do it. Need to include tanks listed on our account.
