I need propane for my RV. Shows open today. Call they say it's clpsed! Garbage company can't post correctly online!
Awful, we left your company! You delivered gas twice to my neighbor and we ran out in February, freezing pipes in our cabin. Then it took 6 months to resolve our account. Your customer service being outsourced made this a much worse experience. I will never use Amerigas’s again. I will recommend to all my friends to use another company!
Something goes wrong or someone ruins my driveway literally every time. One driver even looked in the windows of our bedroom which is on the opposite side of the house from the tank "attempting to locate your in-gas line" while my wife was sleeping; as if that's anything they even do for a fill. I have been up and down and all around the customer disservice chain and frankly I'm just over it. Making the switch soon and anyone considering a LP gas supplier should look elsewhere as well.
BBB Complaint still pending, they have not reached out after I proved to them they did not put the quantity of gas into my tank that they had claimed to!! Beware of this previously legitimate company.
