Absolutely horrible company! They left a leak for 3 months without any response! Absolutely terrible customer service! No in person assistance. Only the drivers are the ones who are good! They kept coming back and filled it and they will not call me back! I won’t name names! Stay away from AmeriGas!
HORRIBLE company no contact!! Phone number is disconnected and they just show up at your place without telling you. And twice in a week and charged me for both. Do not do business with them! Contacting BBB...
Absolutely pathetic customer service processes across phone support, web support, and service notifications. I honestly feel bad for the employees that have to answer the phone after Amerigas has sat customers on hold for hours listening to their obnoxious music. I’m guessing somebody in corporate showed this stupidity making money on a spreadsheet, meanwhile they’re poisoning their brand. Find another option if at all possible.
