Amerigas has very poor customer service. When people need propane, they have to wait for months before getting any propane. I used to live in a remote town called Grouse Creek Utah for 28 years, was a loyal customer and when I moved from Utah to Idaho, I was due a refund for unused propane when they picked up my tank. It’s been almost a year and a half, and I have not received a refund. They don’t deserve to be in business!! Very very bad business!!
Repeatedly let my tank balance get below 10% and continuously ignored phone calls for delivery. Discontinued service due to poor management.
Absolutely horrible company! They left a leak for 3 months without any response! Absolutely terrible customer service! No in person assistance. Only the drivers are the ones who are good! They kept coming back and filled it and they will not call me back! I won’t name names! Stay away from AmeriGas!
HORRIBLE company no contact!! Phone number is disconnected and they just show up at your place without telling you. And twice in a week and charged me for both. Do not do business with them! Contacting BBB...
