So I purchased two America’s propane tanks from Kroger’s last year. They were outside next to my grill and I recently removed the plastic cover that wraps around the tank. The tanks are both severely damaged from corrosion to the point it’s a fire hazard. I called the phone number on the cover to see how I should get them replaced and the service agent was unbelievably rude. Amerigas has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I specifically told the scheduler when they scheduled my appointment that I will not be home until 3pm so please do not come before that. They came at 2pm when I was not home and made me reschedule for two weeks later. Then at my second appointment they showed up an hour later than the said and after they left claiming everything would work I still couldn't use my gas.
Worst Lp supplier on the planet ! I had a leak and lost 50% I received a 25 gal credit and they wanted to charge $3.59 a gal. What a scam.
