BUYER BEWARE!!!! This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with!! They will nickel and dime you and you still will not have propane. I have scheduled appointments with them to come and they no call no show after taking the day off work to be there for them. DO NOT BUY! When you call no one speaks English and they said they are located out of India. Absolutely awful service!!!
If I could give this company a zero, I absolutely would. My experience has been nothing but frustrating, and I’ve been given the runaround from start to finish. It’s impossible to get anyone on the phone who can provide help or a straight answer. Anytime you talk to customer service, they just blame everything on the customer. They've added unexpected fees that I was never informed about. They came to my property for a propane delivery without my permission (I’m on a will-call system), charged me for an "urgent" refill that ... read more
