We are being charged over $4/gallon e while all other companies in the area charge $2.35 or less, because we rent the tank from Amerigas and cannot get propane from anywhere else. We've been a customer for over 15 years and was told that each person is charged a different rate by customer service, so we will be removing the Amerigas tank as soon as we use every last bit of our $4.24/gallon propane.
This company has terrible customer service! I have never had a good experience with them. Now I ordered an urgent delivery, as we ran out of propane. We are new to having propane, this is our first winter. We just had a delivery 6 weeks ago and didn't realize we would go through it that fast. It's single digits outside, we have no heat. Zero stars. This is the worst company I have had to deal with. Been trying to get propane for 2 wks. And it still has not been delivered...and Customer Service sux. We will definitely be seeking a new supplier.
