We have been waiting for about 2 years for a quick connect fitting. Called in because gas smelled so bad I had to change clothes after filling a tank. We are being charged for safety check on tank we are renting from you. Why are we paying for a safety check on your tank? Good news, we finally got quick connect after 2 years.
The absolute worst propane company. Highly do not recommend. Slow service, terrible customer service, and will put you through hell and back just to cancel your account
I've been dealing with AmeriGas for over three weeks now, calling them every single day about getting a gas delivery. Each time, I'm told they're coming, but nothing ever happens. I have to call again the next day, and still no delivery. This has been incredibly frustrating, and I'm seriously disappointed with their lack of follow-through. Customer service is not helpful, and I’m left with no gas and a lot of wasted time. Would not recommend."
These crazy people want you to provide your social security number over the phone to do a credit check. We live in 2024. There's no excuse for having to do that over the phone these days.
