Customer service is awful. They have ridiculous charges across the board. Tank rental fees, their tank regulator breaks and you lose your gas, you’re gonna get charged to fix THIER tank. LP prices are more than $1.50 per gallon more expensive than other company’s in my area and now that I’ve cancelled my service they’re trying to charge me close to $500 to pick up their tank. Do yourself a favor and never do business with Amerigas.
Another problem with this company. Defective 20lbs cylinder this time. This company is terrible

I ask a question and get no response. We get delivery and get no delivery receipt.
No one at the office they are supposed to be open. No one answers the phone. Never again.
