We've been a customer with AmeriGas for over two decades at least. They just sent us a renewal with an over 47% increase to our payments. Customer Service does nothing but try to bully you into accepting the increases the last two or three years at least. They are also trying to fraudulently change our contract into an auto renew that we never approved.
I am very pleased with the ease of online delivery requests, timely delivery updates and quick delivery response.
I wasn't even IN Wisconsin when I got the message that, because of the gauge where you can tell I need propane, a delivery had been scheduled. And because we had had snow, I was worried about the driver being able to get back there. When I got the confirmation that indeed, the delivery was a success, I was overjoyed. I am a new widow of only 5 months and you don't know how wonderful and comforting it is that Amerigas is there for me, ho hassle, no grief, just efficiency and honest service.
Great job of getting things worked out on my delivery!
