If I could give them zero stars I would! Delivery times for gas delivery are always 2-3 weeks which is absurd! I was in the hospital and came home to no gas. I called and they weren’t the least bit concerned or compassionate. The soonest I could get gas was 3 days! Coming home from the hospital I need to have heat, hot water and the ability to cook but they didn’t care! I will never recommend them and will be switching to a different provider ASAP! Almost ran out of LP, should should not have to wait over a week for a delivery!
Customer Service is horrible. Call center is a complete joke.
We bought a home in January that had an Amerigas tank on it. The house was disconnected from the gas without Amerigas's knowledge by the original home owner. The only thing in our home that runs off of gas is the fire place(which is still not been hooked up) I called after being in the home for a few weeks to have a safety test done on the lines.
