I’m ever pleased with AmeriGas. I’m very happy to have received an email 2 days before delivery! I like mowing when they may arrive just in case I have questions or a problem. If possible, I’d like the price per gallon posted in my email just to have a heads up on my cost. I’m ever grateful I know not to call in the early AM as they have outsourced our calls to India and I had several problems understanding or getting my questions answered. Thank you AmeriGas! Hope not se see you until May!
the worst...customer.service..hold times . no issue resolution or anyone to attend to any discrepancies..auto fill.service abused by fake tank levels n providing propane at 3x the local.competitors rate.. my tank did go.to empty or price increased 30 percent in 30 days.. nope. even online by email was promised someone would.get.bav3k yo me...nothing.... local rate is 1.99 per unit....they charged 3.38.. and.expect payment nex t.day and will charge lare fees erroneously too... no amerigas is realllly bad.. something.changed i... read more
unbelievable no resolution after calling 4 days in a row and cpl days prior to that. i have spent approx 13 hrs total in the last 4 days placed on hold for a supervisor ...hours each time for the call to self disconnect at abt the 2 hr mark. an obvious and now well documented billing error for 300 dollars over what it should be n now pay or incur late fees bad credit.etc. wow. call centers bow overseas w poorly trained csr and no cust rention dept no tier2 to adress any cust concerns and a corporate address which is a po box... read more
