There selling air instead of propane. I've exchanged 8 tanks in the last 5 months and every single one of them was frozen, as I was told. There's no such thing, it's a blatant lie. Propane doesn't freeze until-366 degrees and in its normal state is -44 degrees. The stuff left to freeze is condensation from air. They're stealing propane from us and selling dirty air. Zero if I could assign one! Amerigas Propane came on our property yesterday and removed/stole our tank. They do not own the tank, we do. They did not even knock on the door. We have videos. We have never had an account with AmeriGas. We purchased the home in the last 5 months. Right now I consider this theft They do not keep accurate records, beware....!!!
