Amerigas makes fillups easy. I also have asked for pros to come to our home for customer service. I have found their personnel to be patient and provide excellent assistance!
All way's on time and great job of seculding the drop off
We were told to contact Denise and tried several times. She finally called back and let us know she moved to a different section. She relayed our information to Sherry who was supposed to call to schedule the installation of a tank. It has been almost two weeks and no call. My wife tried several times at the main number but we can only leave a message.
My process was started December 20th and install scheduled for the 28th. Technician was a no call no show. When I called to inquire what happened I was told the tank size was not available and the technician was suppose to notify me that they would not be coming out. I was not notified and had to take an entire day off for no reason.
