Probably the worst company in terms of customer service I have experienced in all of my life. After several attempts never did speak to anyone here is the USA that could actually do something about my issue. They ran me out of gas 3 times in about 2 years. Horrible company to deal with glad I left and found a local company that can keep me from running out.
Called back in December to cancel service and request you pick up the tank. Called again in January after receiving the annual tank rental that I had already called to request the tank be picked up. Called again in February. The bill is now $500 and you finally picked up the tank in June 2025 7 months after I cancelled service.
I cannot recommend this company under any circumstances. I had an appointment scheduled for over a week, with a designated window between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM. However, the technician arrived two hours early without prior notice. Upon returning home from work, I discovered that the technician had arrived outside of the agreed-upon timeframe.
