I have been contacting your customer service from October 8th thru today to get a 100 lb tank exchanged. So 2years ago it took 3 months for service. I am getting same runaround now as 2years before. When I call they say they will expedite and still no service. Need this tank for my stove and afraid if no service I will not be able to have Thanksgiving. 1st food prices high and now can’t get service to cook food on. What’s this country coming to? When can I get this service completed?
I love the online dash board and how easy it is to order, keep track of my account and pay my bill. The delivery notifications are wonderful.
This company is the biggest scam out there. They have been telling me for a year and a half they will be installing an electronic meter to alert Amerigas when my tank is low. I have two month delivery scheduled but I always have to call to get gas. They do not have the best prices and have billed us for our neighbor's tank. I spent 1.5 hours trying to resolve the issue but then still need to schedule them to fill up my tank. Probably the worst company in terms of customer service I have experienced in all of my life. After several attempts never did speak to anyone here is the USA that could actually do something about my issue. They ran me out of gas 3 times in about 2 years. Horrible company to deal with glad I left and found a local company that can keep me from running out.
