I have been trying get service and they are not attentive at all.
when i called for a refill of my, the delivery person performed a leak check. A very minute leak was detected. A technician was dispatched to confirm. I had a plumber replace the copper gas line. The technician was again dispatched and approved delivery. I was notified an hour before delivery as I had requested so that I could secure my ranch dogs to avoid harm to the delivery man.
