Completely agree with the previous reviewers About horrible customer service cannot contact anybody at the Santa Rosa site to get an estimated window of when Gas will be delivered and when I call the overseas answering company Let me know that it’s impossible To give me a window of service. Horrible. I was automatically charged for a delivery I DID NOT receive. Then it took a month to get a refund. While the last customer rep I worked with (in Tennessee) was nice and very accommodating, it took a long time to get there and the whole process was just arduous. There was even one customer rep that implied I did receive the delivery and that I was trying to get away with something. Really bad customer service. My advice to your customers is to remove auto pay or not set it up in the first place. I have a feeling th... read more
In spite of being on automatic delivery, you did not deliver until my meter showed less than 5% - I had updated my level online twice before that - at 15% and then again at 9%. I do not know at what level you consider to be time for a delivery, but this seemed too low to me.
