This is the worst company service! They bill how they want and what they want. I had to request on numerous occasions to have tank picked up, and they kept sending bills. Still getting them. I rate this company a 0!

I've been trying to get this company to install a 250 gallon propane tank and was promised an install last month. They were a no show. No call. Nothing. After calling back 4 times, I'm told they will need to do site survey before they can even install. They're 10 days out from today to do so. Amerigas, do you want to do something to make good on your word for a quick install? Or, am I going to have to delay getting into my home because of your poor service?

Have been trying to get AmeriGas to come pick up my tank for 6 months. Was scheduled for pick up in May (no show) and again in September (no show). Really don’t know what else to do.

I have done business with them a long time I call to over gas it was to believed Dec.30. No show and i called to see why I was told need to pay up front I have ordered before and set up payment for years .
