Worst experience ever, Amerigas charges over 40% more than local competitor. DO NOT use this company.
Poor customer service
If you have an option to use any other provider, do it. This company has literally the worst customer service that I’ve ever encountered. Spend hours on phone with simple requests being constantly transferred between people who have no clue what they’re talking about.
My order was easy to place online, the delivery was made within the estimated time and the driver was friendly and efficient. Also, Amerigas offered a 90 day payment time frame and a discount on the price per gallon.
Zero stars. Amerigas has failed me again. My account is current, and my account is on auto fill with the monitoring device in place to monitor my tank level. We have ran out of propane again in our home. This has happened several times and Amerigas has all of their trucks broken in Grand Junction as of 9/9/2024. These guys are clowns! I can't believe they are still in business.
