Very timely delivery!!
By far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with while setting up my account nobody cared to mention propane tanks are per carrier (I’ve never had propane before) I pre paid and paid extra for urgent delivery as we were extremely low after moving into a new house they gave a 3 day window for delivery on the third day I received an email about the not being able to access my driveway even though it was fully plowed I contacted them after being on hold for two hours was finally able to talk to someone and request they get me my p... read more
I am being billed at 2 different rates for deliveries on the same property on the same day for tanks that are only about 50 feet apart. I spent HOURS of my life resolving this fraudulent billing practice the last time I had propane delivered, only to discover that it was never fixed, only given a bandaid for one billing cycle. I’m not understanding why I have to pay a $250 Tank rental fee when I have to purchase the product to fill the tank that I have to use to heat my home to begin with. I’ve been a customer with them for 10 years. I am on an extremely limited budget, And I just ordered 100 gallons of propane, which cost me $600 because of this fee. I will be looking to switch services soon, I can’t afford to use them anymore and it’s a shame because I’ve been with them a long time. Other than this, I don’t have any problems with their service
I have been trying to get Amerigas to recognize that my account has been canceled by me for several years but they continue to attempt to collect tank rental fees for a tank that I have not used in years. In fact their tank still sits in my yard waiting to be picked up. Also the foreign customer service presence is counter indicative of their name. Booo!!!
