Company is a Joke - sitting with an empty propane tank for the 3rd time this winter alone despite being signed up for weekly fillups
I wish there was a way to write a 0 star review. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I use propane for heat and currently have an empty tank. The temperature is negative right now and my delivery is 3 weeks past the scheduled delivery date. I have called Amerigas over 10 times and submitted 7 requests for fill via their website. I've spent 3 hours on hold today speaking to a call center begging them to fill the tanks. If my water lines burst due to their incompetence I will absolutely... read more
Would give this a 0 if I could. Hold times and customer service are TERRIBLE!!! I'd suggest doing business elsewhere, they don't know what they are doing. As I scrolled all the reviews, they leave the same generic stock response to every negative review. They don't care - just want MONEY MONEY MONEY!
