We were happy Amerigas customers for nearly 15 years, until this summer when we needed our LP tank for our pool refilled. We had a kink in the gas line that needed straightened or replaced, and the first service man to respond couldn't fix it due to not coming prepared for the job. He still charged $120 for the call, although he did nothing. You failed again, and have not returned the positive balance in my account.
Read my previous review...Amerigas still hasn't responded to my request. They are quick to respond to negative reviews but don't take the time to care for their clients. I emailed them 4 days ago, like they asked, and no one has reached out to rectify the major billing mistake made by Amerigas. Avoid if possible!
Worst customer experience. Find another company to service your propane needs. Amerigas billed me for a delivery I never received which lead to our propane tank running dry. They then proceeded to bill me again for another delivery in which they supposedly delivered more propane than my tank can even hold.
