Lousy customer service. Good luck getting them to ever answer a phone call. Don't deliver when they say they are.
Worst company I’ve ever dealt with, nothing is good, high prices, terrible services, phone wait times always long if you ever get a real person. Worse than DirectTV and that’s not easy to achieve.
You can sit on the phone for hours, they will NOT answer.
Spent 90 minutes on the phone didn't get any help.
This is the single worst company I have worked with in the 25 years I have lived in Florida. There are hidden charges in everything they do. I had to call nine times over the course of 30 days to get them to pick up their tank, despite being given 48 hours' notice to do so, are per Florida law. Then they charged me $149 to break my tank lease, which I never had; $119 to schedule an appointment that they didn't show up for eight times; and $299 to pick up the tank.
