I have to say I'm disappointed with this company. We've been a customer since 2010 when it was still Bi-State. Up until now they 've honored my pricing contract but now claim they have no record of it so we're getting charged about .55c per gallon more then the national propane rate. I've called in the past because we've been overcharged before and miraculously they've always been able to find and honor our contracted rate. Not now.
