Amerigas is absolute garbage. They refused to deliver propane back before we had that prolonged severe far-below-zero winter 4 years ago. I called MFA, switched companies, and MFA filled my tanks weeks before my neighbors got gas from Amerigas (even though they had paid the "emergency delivery" fee). Amerigas left their tanks on my property, refused to pick up for 4 years, even though I called repeatedly and then told them I was charging storage fees for storing their tanks. Don't bother with them. They lie, trespass without letting you know they will be showing up on your property. Rude workers too. Will never bother working with them. The men wouldn't even say what business location he came from. Don't waste your time on them.
If I could leave a review of ZERO 0 0 0 Stars I would. We cancelled the service 8 mo. ago when we sold our house, and are now receiving a bill? The rep. on the phone delayed the call for over an hour and was incapable of providing an explanation. I WOULD NOT recommend Amerigas to anyone, there are multiple competitors to choose from.
First of all we're supposed to call in when the invoice arrives to help with making payments. The problem if y'all want money when we call in instead of allowing us to setup a payment plan when we call in y'all want the money when we call in. Also, how do y'all expect everyone to afford to heat their homes with the price per gallon and all the add-ons added to the bills it just kills people's ability to afford to heat or eat because those are the choices y'all leave us.
The delivery technician, Bradley, is a true asset to Ameirigas. His knowledge and experience shows he is proud to represent his customers and his chosen industry. Always gets my delivery on time
