Do not use Amerigas for your propane. They charged me a dollar highr per gal then the state average. When I asked for an ajustment to the bill, they said thry would credit me a one hundred dollat internet coupon. Still waiting for the credit two years later. If you call customer service, you get some foreiner you cant understand. I called them to have the tank removed because I was changing to a different supplier. Should be zero stars. I have never dealt with a worse company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
Absolutely the WORST company I have ever dealt with in my life! Their "customer service" in non-existent. I have tried many times to reach them by phone, email and online help to no avail. Their price per gallon is almost $2.00 higher than any of the other propane providers in my area. In fact, I can't say enough bad things about this despicable company.
Call centers are overseas. Charged more than stated. Said they did not service my zip code. Not sure of when I will get a delivery that was scheduled yesterday. On hold over 30 minutes now after asking for a supervisor. The WORST in a long time. They used to be great.
This company is a scam, and they will Not reply to me. I have challenged there bogus claims on how much propane I used and someone needs to stop them.
