We were billed for a cancelation and removable of a tank that we never authorized. $310+change, have called three times, promised it would be corrected but never happened. Called the regional manager and he would help. Not holding my breath
I don’t know what is wrong with this company, but they can’t seem to manage their accounts. We moved from our home back in July 2019. I called them and told them we were moving and asked them to stop service. They said they would, but to do that we would need to have them remove the tank and there wouldn’t be any refund on remaining gas. I hated to do that, because I figured the new people moving in would want it for the gas fireplace, but I agreed to that. I paid in full for the gas in the tank. I’d give ZERO stars if I could. 3 appointments made. They canceled all of them without notice. We already have a tank and an account and they REFUSE to help us. We’ve been 3 weeks without propane to cook on our stove. I even drove to their office and they locked the door. I don’t know how this company is still in business. WHAT A JOKE!!!!!
Worse gas company ever, can't get someone that can speak and understand English. All local numbers are re-routed to the call centers. Called to complained about my 26 year old tank and ridiculous rental fees and I get a text that my gas order is being processed. Not even my company they bought out my previous provider. Every time I have to call is an issue and problems do not get resolved.
We gave them TOO much business! They can't keep our accounts straight! We had/have them at 4 houses over the years. We sold a house, closed the account (or so we thought), they never closed it. We've gotten other people's bills and when we call to straighten it out they put a lock on our tank at our current address. They've done that twice now.
