customer service is almost non existent .... You are not friendly... I have spent 4 hours either waiting for a representative or on the telephone... I was supposed to receive a return call ... it never happened... I wanted a remote sessor for how much fuel... The answer is they are very busy... I will take three months... I have been waiting 2 YEARS... I have called and called regarding the remote with the same answer... Not could Customer Service...

Worst refill service ever
Literally the worst company I ever came across in my life. I scheduled a technician 3 different times for them to install propane in my apartment. First time it was installed in a wrong apartment, second time they got the wrong date for the appointment and the third time they didn’t even show up. I’ve called them a total of 6 times and I’ve been on hold for 1-1.5 hours each. This is by far the most inoperable company and customer service I’ve dealt in my life.
Terrible service, been a customer for 8 yrs+ and had to wait 12 days for gas delivery..
