I recently signed up with AmeriGas Propane and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the initial account setup to the on-site service, everything was handled with professionalism and courtesy. They first sent a technician to test my new tank, and once everything checked out, they promptly returned to fill it. They ask you to have someone there before they will service your propane tank, and then just show up and fill it without knocking on the door to let me know they were there, and they put a lock on my tank so I could not use the tank gas. I had to reschedule another appointment to have them come out to unlock the tank with the request to have someone there before they would do that, but of course they did not let me know they were there to do that.

Customer service is terrible and located outside of the US. This make communication very difficult. I switched to Suburban and love them.
