Too many bad experience with Amerigas👎 We are switching to Suburban Propane gas company, this one is amazing, Customer service is so helpful, very professional and they work very well with customers schedule.
customer service is almost non existent .... You are not friendly... I have spent 4 hours either waiting for a representative or on the telephone... I was supposed to receive a return call ... it never happened... I wanted a remote sessor for how much fuel... The answer is they are very busy... I will take three months... I have been waiting 2 YEARS... I have called and called regarding the remote with the same answer... Not could Customer Service...
