Amerigas is no longer a local company that makes its customers feel important. All local offices are closed. The one and only far from me says "no walk-ins" on the website. So we must speak thru robots before ever getting to a call center in a foreign country.
We’ve been ordering from you guys for the past 40 years and never had a problem, but this last time we requested a tank pickup(we have two) and your driver refused. They said it wasn’t from your company but as I said, we’ve only ever ordered from this company. If one of your drivers had messed up and picked up a wrong tank from a previous customer that’s not on us - figure it out.
My first experience with Amerigas was horrible. I got left with a high bill due to the fact they brought the wrong size tank and charged me for it. When I did get the correct tank it came without a gauge so I was unable to tell when I was low on gas. I called numerous times and couldn't get the proper help. When it was time to refill the driver would not call to let me know they where at my home. There was one driver who always called but haven't seen him in awhile. Too expensive, charging over $5 per gallon while other providers are charging $3+ per gallon. Also, often times skip scheduled deliveries stating they don’t have access meanwhile the tank is fully accessible - no fences, no gates, no barricades. I discontinued service
