El sevicio es bueno ahora el customer service esta bien malo se demora uno demasiado haciendo un pedido porque no hablan español en una ciudad donde el 75 % de la poblacion es ispano pinen a un traductor y eso demora mucho el proceso de solicitud de servicio
Very disappointed with this company. They told me they will deliver between Dec 23 and 26 and I had to be hone since they need to perform a leak check in the house. The driver sows up on Dec15, unannounced, in 10 min fills up tge tank and I get charge more than $140 for a leak check that wasn't needed or performed.. It's a rip-off!!
Amerigas is no longer a local company that makes its customers feel important. All local offices are closed. The one and only far from me says "no walk-ins" on the website. So we must speak thru robots before ever getting to a call center in a foreign country.
