Have been with Amerigas for almost 20 years. The last few years, service has declined to unacceptable. The local office has people, but the door is locked and they won't answer. I have almost run out 2X, and am almost out now (4%). When you call, they blame it on the customer - "did you add new appliances?", "are there obstructions in the yard.....". The tank is in the same place since 2006. They keep kicking the deliveries down the road, then when you do get thru to the call center in India where you can barely understand t... read more
They backed up with their propane truck when it was all wet and they left a massive trail and tracks and we told then to clean it up and we have pictures and everything and they never wanted to do it. They ignored what we said we pleaded to them, but they did not care about their customers.
Indian base customer service sucks.
