Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do NOT consider this company for propane service! There service is horrible, there prices are higher than everyone, they have hidden fees they won't tell you about and there customer service is useless. Save your sanity and run from this horribly operated company, I wish I did sooner.

Absolutely horrible customer service. No matter what day or time you call there is an extremely long wait time. They clearly don’t care about the customer. Still on hold after that photo was taken

It took forever to get my tank filled and when I called I got farmed out to some tall house in India and no one knew what was going on, not that they were bad people or I have anything against people working from other countries but there was a real disconnect in communication. It took so long I had to have another vendor put some in at a higher price until they showed up. I'm giving them 2 stars because their delivery driver was a good person and went out of his way to meet up with me.

Have been with Amerigas for almost 20 years. The last few years, service has declined to unacceptable. The local office has people, but the door is locked and they won't answer. I have almost run out 2X, and am almost out now (4%). When you call, they blame it on the customer - "did you add new appliances?", "are there obstructions in the yard.....". The tank is in the same place since 2006. They keep kicking the deliveries down the road, then when you do get thru to the call center in India where you can barely understand t... read more
