This is the Worst experience of my life. I was told for weeks my payments would be within my budget. the after I spent money in fees and inspections I was told it would be $220 more!! So close to closing... I accepted the lies!! well month after closing I kept getting packages of paperwork to sign and send back!! now a year later I get a notification of another $40 increase on a payment already $220 over my projected budget.
