Couldn't agree more with them being rude and unproffesional. When one of the technicians came out they said, "I don't even know why I'm here." They have worked on a unit three times and as I called in the third time I didn't even get a hello the first thing said was "what's wrong now". I then explained and asked to speak to a manager. I talked to the other person in the office (not a manager or owner just a different dispatcher) and apologized and asked if I was bothering them. Great service
This company installed a Mitsubishi unit under 3 years back and have been back twice to repair and fix things charging us for every visit. Third time they came today as our extension area is really hot. They cleaned the outside unit but conveniently didn’t fix the inside unit - they said they didn’t have ladder long enough in which case they should have scheduled.
