Purchased a DTC400 card printer from AmerID and it was dead on arrival. Had to pack it back up and send it out. Got it back and printed less than 100 cards before the main board went. AmerID then quoted me $375 to fix the unit and send it back to me. Horrible experience, horrible support, I was more than patient with them and gave them every chance to make this right. Do not purchase from this company, they do not stand behind the products they sell.
