I was there yesterday and after waiting for 40 to talk with someone about a repair on a diamond ring, I was totally disgusted with the persons I talked with. We had the prongs on the diamond replaced in November and now in March, one of the prongs had broken. They informed me I would have to pay $270 to do the repair. This is unacceptable, I guess there is no guarantee to their service
