My husband and I visited the Oneida branch and sat down with Karen to open savings accounts for both of our children and cd accounts and some other inquiries we had, she helped us tremendously and was extremely well versed and knowledgeable when it came to trying to explain everything, especially the way cd accounts work to teenagers. 6/12/26: I was looking at a home and the realtor suggested Americu and provided me a contact to get pre-approved for a mortgage. It took two days to get in contact with the loan officer. They finally got me set up to submit the information needed. I informed them once all the information was sent, and I didn't hear back. I called back again and got voicemail.
