So tired of being taken advantage us for not living on the property. Scott told us it would be $400 to replace a coil in the AC that is under warranty. It would be about 4 hours of work. Well my tenant said they were there for 1 hr 45 minutes. We ended up being charged $50 for a processing fee for a part that is under warranty and then he charged us for 2 hours to pick up the part and go back again because he got the wrong part...doesnt' sound fair does it??? Had a new central air unit installed on August 4, 2018. Everyone at Americool Air was wonderful, from start to finish. Scott came out to assess the situation right away, quoted a very reasonable price away, and stuck with me when it was a miserable 98 degrees in South Florida. The Install technicians worked overtime until 11:00 p.m to make sure I did not go another night without a/c. They were all AMAZING and deserve nothing but praise! Scott Jorgensen is the best person I've ever had for any Air Conditioning problems. He makes time to go out of his way to diagnosis and show you pictures of the problems with your unit via pictures of our roof unit. He comes to a service call the fastest I've ever experienced. Thank you for all your hard work and now colder working air.

I have been a customer for over 10 years and have always received great service at a fair price. A few days ago Scott and team came out to clean the ductwork. They are spotless and my house smells like a brand new home. Thank you!
