If I could give them 0 stars I would.. it's only internet based and nobody informs you of that so trying to get I touch with humans over issues is very hard.. i was being charged by a utility company thats with AA but had no idea why i was being charged anf took weeks to get help but when your Trying to rent you can call email text like crazy it's very weird... the homes have nice updates but cheap, I can't wait until my lease is up.
It’s a hassle to communicate with anyone! I read the application before I applied, and clearly it didn’t say that your credit has to be a 610 to rent a house from them on section 8! It doesn’t say anything like that in the fine print! Period!! They declined me due to my score, which it makes it hard for people to rent! Do not waste your money unless your score is 610! You will never speck with anyone, you can email them which take days to get an email back! It’s ashamed how these people/ companies ,just no good for people li... read more
