I came here at 757am checked in and gave me a door claiming door 12 is easy to back. I have backed into doors 1 to 10 before. It took them 1 hr before unloading me besides having 1 truck at dock door way b4 me arriving here. Noticed they fixed the huge pot holes by dock doors 1 to 10 but by dock 11, 12 and 13 those pot holes should of been filled as well. Backing space by dock doors 14 - ? But by dock doors 11,12,13 not much room I see a few truckers hit that guard rails during backing but having that storage bin and junk in... read more

Excellent Warehouse Experience: Quick Loading and Friendly Staff! I'd like to share my positive experience at the warehouse. Even though I was a bit late and didn't have a pickup number, the staff showed exceptional understanding and patience. They kindly waited for me to get the necessary number and immediately provided me with a door for loading. The entire process was incredibly fast and efficient. Great Place to Pick from. One of the few Americold Facilities I’ve been to where the staff is nice and friendly. I had a 1400 appointment arrived at 900 docked being loaded at 1000. Big ups to George. We Appreciate you and your team and the hustle to get us in and out. 5 Stars

Ran into truck trouble and gave them a heads up and still unloaded me. The staff is friendly and accommodating!
