Great people and load time is pretty quick.
Use second entrance not by cars . Park in dirt lot away from tractors at docks. Bring D.L.number ,truck Number ,trailer Number and trailer plate number and state. Bring DOT number on truck,bring P.U.number starts with 22###. S/R is at dock 10 . Large lot to move and back into docks 6 -9
We got here early (9am) for our 2pm appointment and have been waiting for them to "work us in" and its noon now. There are only porta potties available for drivers but they are maintained and clean with decent toilet paper. Street parking is available overnight and its not a busy street. Sucks we are having to wait this long though. Update Still waiting to get loaded and its 14:40 Update Finally loaded at 17:15
Checking in was no harder or easier than other places, but what is worse than other places or some places no amenities ( no inside bathrooms, at least for drivers, you have to use a porta potty) really, I asked if they use that.🤦♂️
