I recently needed service for a walk in freezer in my retail store on Long Island NY. AmeriCold provided incredible service! The freezer was still under warranty and the part needed to be ordered. The AmeriCold rep stayed on the manufacturer and relayed the importance of a rapid delivery. The service tech, Shawn, was frequently in communication with me and texted whenever there was an update.
