I recently needed service for a walk in freezer in my retail store on Long Island NY. AmeriCold provided incredible service! The freezer was still under warranty and the part needed to be ordered. The AmeriCold rep stayed on the manufacturer and relayed the importance of a rapid delivery. The service tech, Shawn, was frequently in communication with me and texted whenever there was an update. I cannot say enough great things regarding the service. Diane is always very professional and quick to assist with our service calls. The techs always show up on a timely basis and work expeditiously to fix the issue. They explain in detail what the problem was and how they will remedy it. Thank you for always being there for us! We appreciate it!

I own a food manufacturing business and these guys have been servicing my equipment forever. Diane in service is literally amazing and should teach a class in how to run a service department. All the mechanics are equally great and I have tremendous peace of mind knowing I can call them. I highly recommend them!
