Appt time: 0800 Arrived:1200 (didn’t get load until 1130 so there was a late fee) Departed: 1500 Huge yard for staging and docking. Loading is very fast. Overnight parking available. Heads up, Trucker GPS may take you to through downtown forth worth (tight turns and a lot of construction), so make sure to check the route out before heading to the shipper. Porta potty available and vending machine in the office.
The hypocrisy at this facility is unbelievable. My dispatcher sent me the load details at 02:45 PM, showing a clear all-day appointment window from 00:00 AM to 11:59 PM. I immediately performed my PTI and drove just 7.5 miles from my resting area to the pickup location. Despite their own paperwork showing I had the entire day to pick up, they had the nerve to claim my appointment was actually at 9:00 AM and demanded money to process the shipment. Zero stars, very unkind as if this is theirs, I don't understand why someone doesn't kick them out and hire normal people to work there
My load was canceled, but they do have overnight parking, which is amazing for Dallas and there’s a taco truck driving by with delicious tacos.🌮
