I would definitely recommend AmeriClean when deciding on carpet and furniture cleaning. And I personally will be requesting Caleb again! Caleb was professional and very knowledgable. He took pride in his work. He took his time and did a great thorough job cleaning all my carpets and my furniture. He would also up date me throughout his work letting me know if he saw stains and if they came out completely or not. After carpet dried it became clear that the soda spots that I'd pointed out..were not cleaned..still there..no receipt on what they cleaned.. or how many through rugs..one of the rugs doesn't look like it was touched..it is a lite colored carpet..so when its still wet can't see the spots..very disappointed

I had to call the office for the following reasons. I paid for 2 sofas and 2 chairs to be cleaned. They only did 1 chair and 1 sofa. The back door was left wide opened and the spots on the living room carpet were never treated. I called the office and the manager had the tech come back and do it right. The worst part was we were charged for the services. After I called they did make good any didn’t charge us for for sofa and chair that was not originally cleaned.
