There are a few problems with our room and the pool and I cannot find any staff to assist me. Our door sticks as the upper hinge is bent. I have to literally body slam it to open and close it. There is no hand soap, paper cups for the coffee maker, and no Kleenex. The toilet is not secured to the floor and “rocks” when sitting on it. Additionally, the pool is supposed to open at 7:00 AM and it’s still locked almost an hour later. My key card won’t open the door. There is no staff at the front desk for over an hour. The rooms were large and very clean. Beds extremely comfortable. They had hot breakfast that was good. Staff all very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend.
