Comfortable and clean! The hot tub was Hot and felt great after a long day. Having a restaurant attached is always 100% a great idea. Great pizza! And don't forget the free breakfast. I never understand why places have vending machines that are empty or only water. I don't buy water.
Never stay at this Hotel, worst hotel experience of my life. This hotel has no customer service. The staff and manger has lied to me on more than one occasion.
I was double charged for a dog fee and pointed it out upon checkout. I was told the manager (who was not on site that day) was the only one who could correct the problem and remove the extra fee from my credit card payment. It took multiple tries to resolve this with the manager, yet my credit card received no information from Americinn. I ended up disputing the charge. What a hassle and waste of 3+ hours of my time over an error that should have been cleared up as I was checking out. Poor performance and service on this.
King suite was perfect for our family of 4, plenty of space and separation at a great price. Kids loved making waffles in the morning. Bedding & towels were clean, very comfortable beds. Only thing that could have been better is doors and walls could probably use a vigorous cleaning (smudges, drip marks on the wall under the towel bar…..other than that the room and bathroom were clean. We would stay here again.
