My brother had a great experience staying there. The staff are incredible and very welcoming!
Some rooms I think have been redone. Ours was nice and bright. Bed was great.
They've updated some of the rooms so it's getting better....
Nice hotel great Continental Breakfast and the swimming pool and hot tub are very nice. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds too.
I requested late checkout at the front desk last night when we came in about 1:00 a.m. she said no problem. The next morning I get a app on my phone to log in for late checkout and when I did check out times were 11:00 as normal or 1:00 or 2:00 p.m. for $25 or $50. 12:00 wasn't even an option. Mildly rude and a little inconvenient. Or is it a mistake in the new process? We just need another hr.
