I love this place a lot!!! I had a very great time and I will be back as soon as I can be. I Promise. Everything was great and the people r very friendly and very helpful!! My mom is a very amazing worker and she made sure I had everything!! The bed is very comfy and the blankets r amazing too. :) Very spotless too.
Room was clean. Person at desk when I checked in was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. I will stay here again.
Breakfast was the one complaint in reviews that the hotel doesn't fix. My kid had a football game today we're not going to sit and eat sweets, need protein, so we had to go to get food. The hot tub was more of warm tub. Otherwise everything else was good and our stay was good.
Staff was very pleasant. Beds were rumpled upon arrival, mirrors were dirty, black spots were along the whole rim of the sink that I cleaned out. There were many dead bugs in the room and live ones in the bed. Staff did come in and assist with air that wasn’t working and made sure the TV worked and was very nice concerning that.
