Rebecca you are crazy!! How do you know what the "backend" of the clinic looks like? Do you typically take a tour of all medical facilities and judge their cleanliness? I believe pets receive the best possible care here and those that think otherwise are wrong!
Long Lake Vet was a great clinic years ago. The caring and compassion Dr. Harnett once had is gone and has been replaced with indifference. The clinic itself is unkempt and unfriendly, the backend of the clinic is unorganized and lacks anything remotely close to cleanliness and borders on biohazrd. I will never take my pets there again as I do not believe they will get the best available care expected when paying top dollar for treatment.
