I would not suggest making reservations they will cancel them and give your room away even though you call and inform them you are running late. Drive 900 miles to get here and be told they have no availability have emails and text messages saying I have a room….
Very disappointing stay. The breakfast was unhealthy and cheap, the place was overcrowded and there were no tables available. They never cleaned the room during my visit. The atmosphere felt unpleasant, the receptionist was unfriendly, and the whole hotel smelled bad. Definitely not recommended
The hotel was good. Had no trouble with the room, the service, or location. When my daughter was at the pool going up the stairs to the slide some girl pinched her twice.
Great location just off the freeway and easy access to roads leading to attractions. Housekeeping left a lot to be desired. I had to clean the toilet myself twice even after requesting with the front desk it be cleaned. It never was. Came back to the room after being out one day to find an empty box with empty sprite bottle sitting on my suitcase. The room had not been cleaned so not really sure why anyone was in our room. Stayed 8 nights, room 312.
