We called ahead of time to book a room. When we arrived, the lady at the front desk was being very rude to a customer on the phone for several minutes. When she hung up she told us that we didn't have a room because we gave her the wrong phone number and someone had booked online at the same time as she tried to make our reservation, and when she tried to call back it didn't go through. She had written the number down wrong but kept blaming us for her mistake and we had to find a room somewhere else instead. Don't stay here ... read more
