Nice room, and pool. Good customer service. Very enjoyable!
We have enjoyed our stay. Michelle at the front desk has been very helpful. Her customer service has been excellent. There has been other staff also that were helpful.
Absolutely terrible. When we checked in everything seemed fine. Come morning the room service lady’s clearly can’t read the do not disturb sign posted on the door. On the 3rd night we found bugs crawling around some even made it in my drinking water. Aparently the hotel starts to lose their faith in you after a few days because they made it a requirement to check my room. The room was great with lots of space. The kids absolutely loved the slide. Breakfast was good. The kids loved making their own waffles. The staff was helpful and friendly.
