My family booked a room here for 3 nights. Upon checking in, the room was filthy, none of the surfaces had been wiped, bedside tables were sticky, there was literal trash under the mattress of the pull-out bed, and crumbs on the floor. The sign said that "Maria" had cleaned our room, but I think she just changed the sheets and called it good. It was 11pm when we checked in, so we were all too tired to make a complaint. The hotel is really nice The rooms are really nice looking All spaces that you can visibly see, are clean, HOWEVER we used the pull out bed, and the horrors were unlike any other hotel, the mattress is ripped and springs are sticking out, underneath where the pull out sits, is disgusting. I can clearly tell it hasn’t been cleaned in a WHILE There’s room for improvement when it comes to how the staff treats/talks to guests The breakfast is fairly okay I guess. I do not recommend this hotel at all. We had booked for two nights, ended up in a room conjoined with another with large gaps under the internal doors. There was zero sound barrier between the rooms, we attempted to stuff towels in the gaps between the floor and bottom of the door, requested to be moved rooms, was told the hotel was sold out (8 rooms were still listed as available at the time of the request) and we received no resolution other than “I can call them ask them to quiet”.
