Place is closed
Craziest experience ever! We made a reservation online for a concert in Milwaukee. Parking lot empty. Doors locked. Nobody answering phones. Other people with reservations driving around wondering why the place is empty. Customer care people no help on the phone. Said we may or may not be charged since the place was empty and closed 🤣🤣. Would take up to a week to contact us about our experience. Never expected to experience this. Glad we're not flying in from out of state or coming from more than a couple hours away.
