Love staying here when visiting family! Everyone is friendly rooms are clean.
Was in a block of rooms. Contrary to what the Guest Guide said it was a different internet network and password wasn't right. So I was unable to access guest wifi. When I showered there conditioner pump bottle was empty. Took over 4hrs to get the room temperature up to 70°
We had booked a room here for our Thanksgiving plans that fell through due to a widespread snow storm. It would have been a 4 hour drive in bad weather and we decided we should be safe and stay home. I booked without a cancellation option but the hotel was super understanding and cancelled our stay without charge! So thankful for their empathy and kindness! Will definitely book here again!
The hotel was a little dated and lacked a hot tub. That being said, our stay was phenomenal. Every interaction was very pleasant and you could see that a lot of heart was put into everything. The breakfast while not always the best food was neatly set out and they had cute seasonal sprinkles and chocolate chips set out as toppings. The lobby was very festive.
