Very clean , staff at front desk were great the housekeeping ladies could lose the attitude but other than that was very nice good location close to restaurant's and stores will definitely recommend it

So let me explain I had went to meet my grandfather in Indy like I do every other weekend and I called and there was a couple of vent going on and the lady said this was at the new Best Western next door the lady said that they had three rooms left when I got there she charged my card almost $500 and then tried to charge me again. Nowhere in Indy had a room I called AmericInn by Wyndham and he said they were under Renovations but they did have a room it ended up being $109 everywhere else in Indy even online the room with bo... read more
The staff was great but they are under construction. We weren't told this when we made the reservation. The toilet ran all night and the heat didn't work well. They moved us to another room and the hot water didn't work in the sink. For 160plus a night I expected way better. I wouldn't stay until construction was finished. I only gave it 2 stars because the staff tried to make us comfortable and the breakfast was great.
