We were charged for a room we didn’t stay in & they won’t reimburse us, they claim they have a policy where even if you cancel the reservation over a week ahead they won’t cancel it This just happened a month ago.
My room was clean had Everything we needed. Pool and hot tub was fun n clean.
What a lovely experience at the forest lake American. Great staff, clean rooms, and someone always available if you need something. Good continental breakfast as well. Definitely recommend
