Stayed here for a weekend trip with my family. The hotel has a great location that is close to everything in the dells. They offer a free breakfast that is actually pretty good with several options. Also the staff is very friendly and accommodating. That being said, the rooms need some serious updating. Some investment in new furniture and bedding would make a huge difference.

stayed at this hotel recently, and while the stay itself was fine, my experience afterward was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, I left a personal item behind in the room. When I contacted the hotel to try to retrieve it, I was treated very poorly—especially by the manager. He was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Easy to find. Bed comfortable. Room clean. Smelled clean. Breakfast had many options. Pool area fun and clean and everything was working. Staff very nice. They had a staffing issue when we got here, so had to check our room was okay before we entered. I appreciated that. Fridge and microwave in room. I choose one the balcony room. Great little view of a little creek. Will definitely stay here again. Adequate parking. Walls are concrete so could not hear neighbors very much.
