DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Manager lies in response to try and push blame to guests instead of taking ownership of his leadership. Do not do business with this establishment, they will lie about you to justify charging your card fraudulently. Absolutely terrible experience. We booked a complimentary 2-night stay through Wyndham Rewards at AmericInn by Wyndham in Wisconsin Dells. I was there for a volleyball tournament and tried to cancel one day out of the two day stay I had booked because we received the tournament schedule and it wasn’t necessary to have to stay both nights. Nowhere in the policy does it say you cannot cancel one night out of the two and there is no explanation why I couldn’t. I was just told I have to cancel all together or pay for the whole weekend.

Calm atmosphere, short distance from main boulevards and crowdedness. Offered water park passes, hot tub is great, water was actually hot! Pools were great, open late, till 10pm for kids, 12am for adults. They have a bar. Great selection of breakfast, relaxing lounge, staff was friendly and hospitable. After this great experience, I’m through staying at pricey resorts and walking long distances from room to pool. Will definitely return.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Absolutely terrible experience. We booked a complimentary 2-night stay through Wyndham Rewards at AmericInn by Wyndham in Wisconsin Dells. Very disappointing stay. We booked through Priceline for 2 adults and 2 children (both under 1 year old), but when we arrived the hotel claimed the reservation only included 2 guests and charged us extra per child per night, which is ridiculous for infants. Breakfast was supposed to be available until 10 AM, but both mornings it was already gone by around 8:15–8:30, so we couldn’t even get any.
