Grills for guest REALLY need to be cleaned, when a person books more than one room make sure that you are putting them all on same floor and not trying to figure it out upon check in, breakfast space needs to be bigger so everyone isn't bumping into each other soaps and shampoo shouldn't be located right under the shower head check your room doors had to slam ours all the time for it to latch and one of the other's was sticking other than that visit was good

Very nice stay. Rooms were nice and came with so many bonuses- greatest of all their free tickets to Noah's Ark and Chula Vista Waterparks. Also very family friendly and nice staff. Came with great amenities like a nice pool/hottub room, arcade, gym, and free continental breakfeast. My stay here was really enjoyable, only wish the lobby was a bit bigger to accommodate the many families during breakfeast time.

Liars and or just incompetent! We called ahead of time to book a one night stay and the front counter lady said 3 tickets to Noah’s ark would be included. But when we went to ask for them they said it was a minimum 2 night stay. No signage saying this. We talked to a manager through a speaker phone. She said it says clearly on hotels.com. My first time in the Dells, won't be my last! I had a lot of fun, accommodating area, food places close with variety, and clean! Staff was rude a bit, and seemed overwhelmed for whatever reason. Also, BRING YOUR PRINT OUT FOR YOUR STAY!!! I was told I booked 3 people, we literally went back and forth staff acted as if I was lying as I booked 3 adults 1 child.
