I stayed here a couple weeks ago. They are in the middle of renovations. I parked in the toilet spot. The rooms are getting refreshed in a relaxing light blue motif. The bed was comfy and pillows were adequate. The pool area is filled with boxes and crates and the pool water is toxic green. Was disappointed because I booked hotel specifically to soak in a hot tub while visiting relatives and friends. Staff was friendly. The breakfast choices was plenty, but quality was questionable. I checked in and pool and hot tub were still out of service since last spring when I tryed to stay there. It was green and ice covered and area full of boxes. The front desk offered to cancel my room and keep all my money. I asked for a handicapped room w queen bed and he only had a full sized bed up stairs with no elevator and end of the hall. 4 cars were in the parking lot. I really enjoyed my recent stay at the AmericInn in Willmar. The property was clean, cozy, and well cared for, which made my time there very comfortable. I’d especially like to recognize the front desk gentleman, he was welcoming, professional, and very articulate. His communication and hospitality stood out and made the entire check-in experience easy and pleasant. Overall, it was a great stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend this hotel to others.

I stayed at the AmericInn in Willmar last night and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to get a good night’s rest. I especially want to give credit to the front desk staff. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and communicated very well, especially when explaining the hotel breakfast. He clearly went over the breakfast hours, location, and what was offered, which I really appreciated. His professionalism and helpful attitude made the check-in process smooth ... read more
